Can I return my Mous Collabs case?
Unfortunately not. As these cases are printed on demand, we don’t accept returns for this product. If you have a warranty issue with the case construction, please reach out to our Customer Experience team for help. In addition, please note our printed cases are processed quickly for fast dispatch, so we can't guarantee cancellations once your order has been placed.
How long does it take to print?
Our Mous Collabs cases are printed on demand, so we ask for a little more patience with these ones (trust us, they’re worth it). Your Mous Collabs case will be ready to ship within 7 business days of your order date. If your order contains other items, we'll ship everything together once your Mous Collabs case is ready.
