Really like all mous products that I have bought. Delivery time is excellent and goods very well packed. Unfortunately I can only look at my phone cover as I have not yet received my new iPhone!
The backpack is well built. Its shape is sturdy and essential at the same time. the central zip is very handy and the handle is robust. The straps are a bit thin and rigid, but still very easily adjustable, ensuring a comfortable fit. At first, because of the initial stiffness of the material combined with the magnets’ force, the main compartment tends to close on its own; however, after some use it gets softer and easy to access. Lastly, when the main compartment is open, the metal hook can fold to the flap’s inner side, eventually rubbing against the laptop while being fitted in its pocket; that’s not so pleasant, but it can be avoided by covering the hook with your hand while holding the main flap. Overall, it is a very good looking product that seems durable and reliable. I wish it will be my forever backpack :)

I’ve been buying Mous cases for every new iPhone I’ve bought for the last 6 years! As well as the MacBook sleeves/cases. Quality and build is amazing, and aesthetically they look great! I also love that it’s a homegrown business, and the effort they put into research and development and design is just out of this world! Customer service has absolutely always been shockingly great! Over the years there have been some mishaps, not Mous’ fault; delivery issues, damaged in delivery etc., and they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help and fix the situation, every single time! And no, I’m not being paid to say any of this, I’m just genuinely proud and supportive of this great company! Thank you guys and gals, really appreciate all the hard work you put into your products and the amazing customer service! (Think I said amazing too many times now!!? lol)
Absolutely love it! The case looks stunning, fits like a glove and is really comfortable in the hand. This is the third case I have had from Mous and the quality and style seems to get better with each one. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
