Will it fully recharge my phone?
Our power bank, when fully charged, can provide a complete 100% recharge to an iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14. For other devices, the charging capacity may vary, but it's capable of delivering an impressive 80% charge to the latest iPhone 15. Its primary function is to give your device a quick boost on the go, rather than performing a full 0 to 100% recharge. The quality and speed of the charge will depend on the specific device, but our power bank is designed to charge iPhone 15, 14, 13, and 12 series, along with other phones that support wireless charging in MagSafe^® compatible cases

When will I know it needs to be recharged?
The power bank's battery status is conveniently shown through the LEDs. When you notice all four white LEDs turning off, it's a sign that your power bank has run out of battery and it's time to recharge it.

What devices does it charge?
Our power bank is a perfect fit for all iPhone 15, 14, 13 and 12 models, whether or not they're in a MagSafe^® compatible case. It can also power other wireless enabled phones inside a MagSafe compatible case. Just keep in mind that if these phones aren't in a MagSafe compatible case, they might not align properly and could charge slowly or not at all. The USB-C port delivers up to 20W of power to a variety of devices like a second phone, tablet, iPad, AirPods or headphones.

Can I charge the power bank whilst it also charges my device?
In standard power mode, the power bank will prioritise your device and will charge the power bank only when your device hits 100%. To charge the power bank whilst also charging your device, hold down the power button to enter lower power mode (you should notice the LED indicator sweep from side-to-side). Once both the power bank and device are fully charged, it will continue working in standard power mode.
