The design is sleek, but the functionality needs improvement. The base is too tight, so the backpack can’t stand upright and often tips over, even when leaned against a wall. It has very few pockets, and the laptop compartment, when in use, significantly reduces the internal storage space. While the concept is promising, it still needs a lot of refinement. One more downside: it’s quite heavy.

Love the backpack. The Laptop lid is a bit too small - difficult to carry a note book with you.

Item was stolen

I never got it. For the first time in 10 years, an item delivered to my home was stolen. Mous staff was initially helpful, then they disappeared. My ratings are all due to Mous forgetting about me. PS: I own two other Mous products which have been great!
