Will this backpack protect my tech if I drop it in water? Can it be submerged?
Our Extreme Commuter backpacks are water-resistant. This means if you’re cycling to work or get caught in a storm, your laptop, tablet and other tech should be fine inside. However, we wouldn’t recommend taking your backpack for a swim as these are not fully waterproof.

Will this backpack protect my tech if I drop it on the floor?
Absolutely! We’ve constructed our Extreme Commuter backpacks with AiroFoam®, our impact-absorbing technology. We've applied all of our tech protection expertise to make sure your devices will be seriously protected inside.

Great pack, durable, clean design, very functional.

Is perfect for commuter & travel pack, thoughtful pocket locations and access.
Be aware, Airoslot pocket is too small to fit MacBook Pro 16”. The pocket width is only 9. 5”. Macbook does fit in the larger pocket adjacent to Airoslot on 18L pack. If this detail is important, consider larger 25L pack, which has a Airoslot pocket to fit a MacBook Pro 16”.

Great product. No so good shipping,

Great quality, the straps are comfortable to help carry and I think that makes the handling in it good as well. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars and not 5 is because the shipping. I paid for the express and it definitely did not get delivered within the promised time window and support takes 3-4 business days to respond. The tracking site also has its issues.

Never arrived - Recieved no help

I ordered this after my Thule bag began to break down after ten years. While I wish I could write a review of the product itself, three weeks after I ordered the product, I never received the bag and was offered no help to resolve the situation. Additionally I attempted to cancel the order and have not heard back in days. I want to believe the company is legit but I still cannot

I still haven't received the bag

On your website with the article the difference between the 2 bags is not clearly indicated. In the video he talks about the small bag, but when he shows the bag he only shows the large bag, which makes it seem like the small one has those functions. I find that misleading. I have now ordered the small bag, and it has still not been delivered. They will probably charge import costs for the bag. I find this very unfortunate.

My first impressions of the

My first impressions of the rucksack were pleasantly surprised by the quality and finish overall. Loved the zip pulls tuck away neatly, while the larger compartment zip pulls are sturdy enough. I purchased this a replacement to a roll top rucksack and it is a big improvement, the fact that this holds its shape makes packing much easier and the 3 external pockets are well laid out. Survived the waterproof test getting caught in a heavy downpour, can’t fault it on anything other than wanting a few more internal pockets.
