It’s my first time I bought expensive case and after this case I don’t think I can use any other case
I fell in love with this backpack as soon as I saw it and its as good as it looks in the picture if not better. It oozes quality and the detail and little touches make it ping. It's a work of art. The buying to delivery time was quick and it came well packaged. I would have no absolutely no doubt at all in buying any of the Mous products.

This was the 4th Mous Case I have purchased and used over the last 4 phones that I have owned. I love the quality and look of the cases and will never go back to those lesser brands. I also just added on the stand for my new case and absolutely love it. Now my wife wants one as well.
Excellent service and products, unfortunately, I have a very small defect on the bottom of the rear of the case. I will take it up with the company, but I’m sure all will be resolved. as they seem to be very efficient with orders and posting. The quality of this case lives up to my expectations and beyond 👌

I bought my Mous cases for my new iPhone 17 and my wife’s iPhone 17. I have previous experience with Mous Limitless cases, and I’ve always found them solid, sharp looking, feeling good in the hand, and living up to all expectations. These two new cases haven’t disappointed. Sometimes a product is just“right“. These cases meet that criterion. A bit more money, sure. Worth every penny.

### Protective Screen Glass
Applying the protective screen glass went fairly standard, even though it was my first time doing it. Everything went on quite well, considering I'm not a professional. The only thing is that it was impossible to completely avoid dust particles, though they were minimal. I was even surprised that only one speck got under it and not more, because when you lay the packaged glass onto the phone screen, avoiding dust is almost impossible. But it's fine, I barely notice that particle now.
Main Case
Installing the protective case caused a slight difficulty because the material is fairly rigid. I had to get the hang of it and even ask AI for a bit of assistance so as not to damage the phone. In the end, everything went smoothly — it fit like a glove, as they say. Right now, it fits perfectly.
Looks-wise, it appears simple, but I'd say perfect. If you look closely at the details, the black color on my Samsung S26 Ultra looks subtle yet professional, sharp, and clean. The buttons function just as responsive as the phone's original buttons, which I think is a rare find for cases. As for protective functions, I believe it delivers: the phone dropped once already, though not from a high height. Overall, aesthetically and functionally, I am satisfied.
Dust Protection Feedback and Suggestion
Due to the nature of my work, the phone is constantly in a dusty environment, and unfortunately, this case doesn't protect against dust very well — specifically around the charging port. Therefore, I'd recommend either including a protective dust plug for the charging port in the package or offering it as an optional add-on in the kit.
For the same reason, I had to spend quite a while looking for a second case — a protective pouch. Besides using the main Mous case, I purchased a pouch case to insert the phone into for extra protection against dust and dirt.
Perhaps I'm overly meticulous about phone protection, but I really want to keep the device in good condition. In light of this, I can attach a photo of the pouch case as a suggestion for your team. Maybe you could design a similar product for users with similar needs. The format could vary: for instance, I currently carry mine on a small carabiner, and previously I've seen leather cases with belt clips. I think it could be an interesting experiment for your talented company to develop a new product like this.
Either way, I'd like to express my gratitude for your product. When you hold it in your hand, you can feel the quality workmanship, and it's genuinely pleasant to use.

Adoro il mio Protective Lid Backpack. La capienza è perfetta per l’uso quotidiano e l’apertura del vano principale, con le cerniere che lo aprono totalmente, aiuta a riempire e a prendere oggetti con facilità. Le cerniere di questo vano poi sono protette da una copertura con un gancio di metallo, difficile da sganciare se la fettuccia che lo tiene viene tesa. Nel vano dedicato al pc riesco ad inserire senza difficoltà il mio vecchio laptop da 15”, che non è un campione di sottigliezza. In più ha tantissimi vani esterni ed interni di medie e piccole dimensioni, dove trovano posto ordinatamente tanti oggetti di uso quotidiano. Non cambierei questo zaino con nessun altro.

Best phone case I’ve used so far, genuinely. Just the right amount of protection, just enough grip and texture, a raised top and bottom lip for extra confidence, but still light and doesn’t take away from the phone. I was skeptical of it and its price tag but I would highly recommend it if you want one do-it-all case you don’t have to worry about.
