Can I use IntraLock^® 2.0 with MagSafe^® compatible accessories?
Yes! Our IntraLock^® 2.0 case contains a MagSafe^® compatible array of 38 magnets, which means that you can use all your MagSafe compatible accessories.

Why did you design the case with a cutout on the side?
Our iPhone 16 cases feature a side cutout to provide full, unhindered access to the new Camera Control button, aligning with Apple’s official accessory guidelines. We chose this approach in order to enhance the experience you have with this native feature, so you can tap, touch and swipe with ease. We’ve maintained our high protection standards by raising the edges to shield the button from impact, while super-stiff materials ensure your phone stays securely in place, even when dropped.

Is the IntraLock^® 2.0 case compatible with AutoAlign+^® accessories?
No. Unfortunately, this case is designed with a MagSafe^® compatible array and AutoAlign+^® contains a different magnetic array, so they won’t work together.

Do I need to remove the IntraLock^® 2.0 case to wirelessly charge my phone?
No you don't! We’ve designed our IntraLock^® 2.0 case to be super slim and the IntraLock^® mounting technology adds no additional bulk so you can still get a perfectly optimised MagSafe^® charge.

Is this case waterproof?
Our IntraLock^® 2.0 case is ready to go wherever your phone is. While the case itself is waterproof, it doesn’t provide extra waterproofing for your phone – so don't take it for a swim!
